Couples may choose a cake design with the elegance of a Royal wedding, using rolled fondant, butter cream, or fresh whipped cream, complimented by cascading flowers, gum paste roses, glittering bow, pearls, and beads.
A swatch of fabric from the bride's gown can be used to create a portrait of the exact replica of her gown.
A rich moist cake with flavors chosen by the special couple's unique taste.
Grooms' cakes are also an added attraction to many weddings.

Alessi Viennese Table has a unique array of specialty pastries, petit fours, and other miniatures to compliment your wedding cake and enhance the ambiance of your reception. Cheese and fruit are also available.
